It was back to the tub but I didn’t wait as long that time. I couldn’t sleep, even then. I’d taken a melatonin tablet (which doesn’t seem to help a whole lot) and I still couldn’t nod off.

Finally, I got up and pulled out a pain pill. I don’t like taking them but I was itching to beat the band and something had to give. I thought it was so old it wasn’t going to work but I finally was able to do something besides toss and turn. I woke at a little before 8, got up and took my morning meds, then did my studying.

After breakfast, I went back to bed and slept for how long, I don’t know. It’s odd that I’m able to sleep in the daytime and not at night. Maybe I have ’em mixed up.

The editor sent a thank you for getting the helps done and wanted to know if I could edit a set of templates. I just really don’t feel up to it and let her know. She said not to worry about it (I won’t), that it would get done some way. I hate not being able to do what I was doing before and hope to be back to it soon, but not right now.

I can blame my sister for my town trip. She had mentioned that Bi-Lo had Silk for $1.99 and I couldn’t pass that up. After my nap, I took a shower and set out. For a wonder, I didn’t feel half bad (sleep can help) and managed to get everything on my list plus a couple of other things and visit a few minutes with my friend in produce. I told her about getting off some of my meds and she said she was given a prescription for itching eyes and, among other things, it could cause blindness and heart problems! She didn’t use it.

The cashier bagged all my purchases in two bags and I split them into five. She had all of the lighter stuff in one and the heavy in the other. I must not have looked as feeble as usual.

When I unloaded the car and brought everything in, I almost felt normal. It was pretty nice. Maybe I’ve started on the “good days and bad days” seesaw.

I didn’t do my body test today. After all these years, I’m getting kinda burned out on it. It used to be fun but that’s worn off.

I had a question for Cuz and we played phone tag for several minutes before she got her partner’s cell phone. It gets a better signal where she is.

Well, the yawning has started and my right leg is jumping. I hate it when that happens. I’m hopeful it will stop before I go to bed.

    what is your body test?
hope you have more days feeling good, it is the sleep you need that will do it. I took melatonin last night along with a Chinese sleep formula from Fusion and slept will and feel a whole lot better today. I can sleep like you of a day but even if I feel ready to drop I am not game to close my eyes of a day because then there is no way I will sleep of a night.

The body test is with my Wii Balance Board. It weighs me, fusses at me if I’m overweight, tests my balance and reflexes. After all that, it calculates my Wii Fit Age. The other day it came up 19 and then changed to 20. It’s 20 a lot but has gotten as high as 74.

I’m like you. I need my sleep.
