When I talked to my naturopath several weeks ago, he wanted me to have my labs run for comparison to the previous ones. I called my PCP’s office and, through the nurse, he agreed to order them. All the essentials were done and here are the results:

My TSH went from 3.73 in June to 7.73 on the 8th of this month. That’s an increase of four points (I can subtract). I haven’t talked to my PCP about it yet. I have an appointment with him later on this week. However, my naturopath said it was up but it wasn’t extreme. He said he’d send me something to help with my thyroid.
He was pleased with everything else except for my Vitamin D. It’s still, in his opinion, too low. He’s sending me some D that I’ll only have to take once a day. I’m taking what I have now twice a day. Plus, I got out in the sun during mid-day on Thursday and Friday of last week.
This morning, I shot myself in the leg again. I’m getting pretty good at it. I can’t even feel the needle going in.
Tomorrow, I’m going to have to get something done about my nose situation. The boil or whatever it is has gotten so big it’s causing my nostril to be misshapen. It doesn’t add anything to the aesthetics of my face. I remembered yesterday afternoon that I had some free packets of Neosporin in a box of Bandaids that I keep in the car so I steamed my nostril clean and applied some of it on a Q-tip.
If I didn’t need to have it seen about, I’d stay at home tomorrow. Being in such a sensitive spot where it could spread to who knows where, though, I’ll go in and make a concerted effort to be worked in somewhere.
I’ve slept 24 hours out of the last 48 and am going to bed as soon as I get this posted. If you believe in prayer, please pray for me.
