I don’t know if it’s working. My ISP status window is showing that something is being sent but the upload window doesn’t show it’s connected yet. I’m beginning to think I’m supposed to stay with my original design and quit trying to improve on it.
After I went to bed, I read some in The 80/10/10 Diet. It’s hard to put down. I went to sleep ‘way too late which meant I got up too late to exercise. I’d set the clock by the bed on “fast time” but it’s the one I can see in the dark and not the one with the alarm.
Since the oranges have so many seeds–I counted them one day and a little feller had 23 (it doesn’t take much to amuse me)–I opted to not have any OJ this morning.
Here’s my food for the day:
16 ozzies grapefruit juice (one averages maybe four large seeds and several little ones)
48 ozzies banana/mango/pear/lots of romaine smoothie with agave and ACV
40 ozzies banana/mango/spinach/ACV/agave smoothie (I’m valiantly trying to get rid of these sorry mangos)
A small sample of the mung bean kim chee (I think I’m going to toss the batch I sprouted)
25 ozzies OJ (I think) I drank over half of it plain and blended the rest with
16 ozzies strawberries, thawed
32 ozzies (approx.) gazpacho with a diced tomato and diced cucumber
Half an avocado
I didn’t eat all the gaz. There was more than that but I couldn’t hold it all.
The graphic finally uploaded. I have all the changes made except for the graphic for the “storefront”. Now I have that done and I’m about to decide to go ahead and let people have at it. It isn’t quite all done but I’ve put the members of Raw Food Lifestyle off long enough. You can see the new stuff here.
Let’s see. I got outside to walk 15 minutes this morning and 15 minutes this afternoon. I ate lunch on the patio and sunned for 10 minutes after I drank my smoothie.
I want to go ahead and get to bed so I can read for a little while. I’ll be here tomorrow night and I may have more time. Who knows? Miracles still happen.
