I guess I should turn things around and update my blog before I hit the forum.
I got up and did all of my exercises yesterday. Breakfast was well over a quart of OJ. I was having trouble remembering what I had next but I know what it was! I had mashed banana “oatmeal” with soaked raisins and a dusting of ground cloves. It was so good! Lots better than real oatmeal.
Later on, I had a couple persimmons, some kim chee, a huge banana/romaine smoothie, two pears with Some Like It Hot dessert topping, corn on the cob, and tomatoes with corn, onion powder, and sea salt. I never got around to YC.
My oldest called and we visited for almost 45 minutes. He and his wife are starting a business cleaning just built houses after the contractors have finished. Their next project is a 6,000 square foot house. I wouldn’t know how to act with that much room. That’s more like a hotel.
My daughter and I had an hour and a half conversation. I was moaning about having dialup and she said when I move to the Great Northwest, I can have broadband. I told her to have the mother-in-law apartment ready and I’ll go.
After I finished all of my eating for the day, I started chopping for the next batch of kim chee. It took forever. I do need a decent cutting board.
I was in bed by 10:25. Problem is, I slept so well I didn’t get up in time to exercise this morning. I woke up, looked at the clock, and it was 6:15.
Breakfast was 22 ozzies of OJ. I took a banana/romaine smoothie to work with me.
My snack was three Clementines. Lunch was “oatmeal” with raisins sprinkled with cinnamon. I also had a pear with the topping. After I got back to the office, I juiced two grapefruit. That was really good!
On the way home, I stopped and finished paying for my tires. The sewing machine is still there, waiting to be picked up. I’ve e-mailed the person that requested it.
I braved the cold to get the rest of the persimmons out of the fridge and I snagged a coconut, too. My next project is getting it moved inside the house. It’s freezing my coconut.
I had two of the persimmons, some kim chee, and a frozen coconut. The water was icy. I need to move the rest of the coconut into the house but I’m not going to tonight. It’s 18 degrees outside.
Part of the coconut meat went into the freezer. It wasn’t all that mature but freezing makes it a little tough. Then I had four tomatoes with corn cut off the cob, chopped onion, and sea salt. It was yummy! I finished off with a tiny avocado.
It’s past my bedtime so I’ll sign off for now.
