I have been about asleep on my feet all day. Too many late nights in a row. The clock is chiming 9 pm and I’d like to already be in bed.
Exercised everything except for getting on the NT & HR.
Breakfast was 16 ozzies of OJ and a banana/spinach smoothie that I drank at work. Snack was three Clementines. Lunch was two kiwifruit (the last ones) and a five banana smoothie.
We were short staffed today. There was no chance of my walking away any miles.
When I got home, I had a young coconut and it was very young! Then I had two persimmons. I mixed up some salsa with cucumber and avocado. I ate all but the last quarter cup, more or less. I couldn’t handle any more. I was able to handle another 16 ozzies of OJ, though.
And now I’m going to get ready for bed. The forum is back in gear and all the people who were on it before are posting. There are still a lot of people signed up that don’t post but that’s their loss.
