unless you want to count April 15. I got up in time to do all of my exercises except for the NT & HR.
Breakfast was a whole honeydew with lime juice. It was taking too long to eat (I took it to work with me) so I dumped it into the blender and made it into a smoothie. I added a little agave nectar to it, too.
Managed Care was a little odd with me the only one in costume. The case manager stopped once and said, “It’s weird to be talking to a cat.” Then she added, “And such a knowledgeable cat!” I guess that was a compliment.
I managed to get out for a three-lapper around the buildings.
Lunch was three kiwifruit followed by a banana/romaine/coconut smoothie.
One of the registrars had made cat ears and collars for each of us so we were the Front Office Felines. I wore slacks while I was working but I took them off and put on some exercise shorts for the contest. We were winning until the x-ray tech came over dressed as Daphne. The prize was a scarecrow so I don’t know how we would have divided it, anyway.

When I got home yesterday, I realized I’d left the house keys in my car. I didn’t want to go back down the mountain, so I dug around in my purse and found the extra set. Whew! I went this afternoon and got the others. I felt a little strange in my get-up.
I took my ears off not long after the contest. The band was squeezing my head and I felt like it was in a clamp. One of the lab techs said I looked freaky with the face paint and no cat ears.
Since today was coaches’ call day, I hurried home and killed a coconut before I dialed in. I drank the water while we talked but I had to wait until the call was over before I cut it in two and ate the meat. It was considerably younger than most of them are. Delicious!
After that, I had some tomatoes and Tajin. Then I had some rinsed kim chee. And some more kim chee.
I’d fixed red leaf and romaine this morning since I knew I wouldn’t have time when I got home. I put cucumber, tomato, avocado, and some kim chi with it and dressed it all with lime juice and sea salt.
It’s almost 11. I need to go in and fix the time so it will stamp this right. Guess it’s been an hour off since Sunday.
Good night!
Awesome, Tommie! I’m not much on Halloween, but it’s fun to see how everyone dressed up. 🙂 Wow, what a difference from 3 years ago! Lookin’ good, raw mama! 😉
I don’t “celebrate” Halloween but it’s fun to get silly and dress up once a year. It is a difference, isn’t it? Thanks, Raw Daughter!

Ain’t it something? Someone commented on my “skinny little legs.” Black is slenderizing…
