Once again, I wasn’t in a hurry to get up this morning. I’d turned my light off a couple minutes after 10 last night. I’d read some in MC before that.

I measured and found that I’ve lost another half inch each in my waist and lower abs and a quarter inch in my upper arms. I hope it’s both. I only measure the left one.

Exercising included everything in my repertoire. I’ve increased the number of Lightning Speed Exercises I do. I end up exercising more like 50 minutes now instead of 45 when I do everything including the NT & HR.

Breakfast was OJ and a mango/banana/romaine smoothie. Later in the morning, I had half a cantaloupe and a bowl of watermelon. The watermelon is as good as most summertime ones I’ve ever had. It’s sweet and crisp and JUICY!

I’d hoped to get out and sun my bod but it was cloudy and never got above 63. Most of the day there was a drizzly rain going on, too.

Lunch was a banana/spinach smoothie and some Campari tomatoes.

My daughter called and we had a good visit. She got my son-in-law a composter for his birthday. I still need to get my worm farm going. That’s more in my budget.

After we got off the phone, I had another piece of watermelon, then some tomatoes with Tajin. I made a big salad and, for the first time in more than a year, I had a raspberry vinaigrette that I mixed up. I have no idea why I ever liked it. It was awful. I ate what I could of the romaine, Boston, cucumber, onion, broccoli sprouts, and avocado, then ended up eating all the pieces of avocado I could find and I threw the rest into the VitaMix and turned it into worm food. I hated to do that but it was terrible. I won’t make that mistake again.

I have been getting forwards from people who don’t check them to see if they are true before they send them and I am getting tired of them. I’m contemplating setting up a new e-mail address and giving it to only a select few who actually e-mail and don’t get forward happy. I have a virus checker so I don’t need to know about the worm that will eat my hard drive if I open a certain e-mail. Neither do I need to get the one that’s been going the rounds for years saying that if I send it to X number of people, Bill Gates will send me a bunch of money. And nothing will happen if I forward a message to eight people and press the shift key. There is no funny movie that pops up and I won’t fall off my chair laughing. I might pick my chair up and assault the next person that sends it to me. If you have my e-mail address and you read this, please don’t send me any more forwards. I’ve had most of ’em at least once and some of them untold numbers of times.

With that, I’ll close and let everyone rest.

Hi Tommie, I don’t blame you about the forwards. I don’t like them either. They rarely contain anything I want to read and usually are of interest only to the people who send them. I’m sure they want to share but….
I have been wondering what Tajin is?

I guess I should put this in a post sometime. I found this in another one of the comments:

“Tajin is something I found at Wal*Mart. It’s labeled as a fruit seasoning but it’s chili peppers, salt [gasp!], and dehydrated lime juice. It has an anti-caking agent in it, too, so it is definitely not optimal. :)”

Forwards are the scourge of the Internet. Once in a very great while I get a good one but I have to wade through all the others to get there. I have a junk filter on my e-mail program and I feel like putting the senders who forward in “unapproved” status.
