It’s getting close to being time to go to bed. I’m sleepy!
I got up in time to do all of my exercises this morning except for the NT & HR. Breakfast was OJ and a GREEN SMOOTHIE of bananas, spinach, and blueberries. Mid-morning, I had an orange. Lunch was another GREEN SMOOTHIE of bananas, grapes, peaches, and romaine. Not delicious but filling.
One of my co-workers at the main facility e-mailed me that the husband of one of the supervisors had a massive heart attack on Sabbath and died. His viewing was today and the funeral is tomorrow.
When I left work, I headed over the mountain and stopped by Mother’s grave on the way. I got to the funeral home and found some more employees from the Main Campus. The widow seems to be taking her loss well but it may not have hit her yet, too. I’ll go back for the funeral and then go in to work.
After the funeral home, I went to the supermarket and got some things. When I was over on the other side of the railroad tracks and headed home, I realized I’d forgotten the Campari tomatoes so I turned around and went back. It looked like they didn’t have any, at first, but then I spied them. I got two packages for good measure.
It was almost dark when I got home. I hove to and made a large salad of romaine, cucumber, and tomato. I blended up celery, cashews, basil, dill, Italian seasoning, and water with lemon to go over it. I finally had to give in and put some sea salt on it to make it palatable.
I think the nuts have made me sleepy. Plus I was up late last night, too.
