I slept in this morning. It was nice.
I didn’t exercise. Breakfast was OJ and a smoothie of bananas, romaine, and blueberries.
My friend, Joyce, sat with me in church. It was good not to be up in front for a change. I got there early and got a seat in the back. 🙂 The services were very inspiring. That’s the norm these days when the pastor is there.
When I got home, I had a couple of oranges and two kiwi. Then I had a smoothie of bananas, pear, and spinach.
Later, I had a cucumber, some celery, and the last three Campari tomatoes.
My supper was a “green” smoothie of tomatoes, celery, cucumber, and lime juice. It wasn’t really green, though the celery and cucumber are considered green.
I need to work on getting caught up on my fitday account so I’ll let this be it for tonight.
