Exercising this morning was limited to BodyFlex and the Nordic Track and Healthrider. I did a set of squats and wall pushups at work. I was supposed to do my vision therapy but I didn’t have time. I don’t know how I used to do that every morning and still BodyFlex.

Oh, I made it to bed last night with five minutes to spare.

Breakfast was OJ and a banana/blueberry/spinach smoothie. I had to finish it on the way to work.

Break was two Honeybelles. Lunch was bananas and kiwi.

Today was my annual physical day so I left work an hour early. When I got to the office, I was taken right in. I asked the nurse what my weight was the last time I was there and when she looked, her eyes popped open and her mouth dropped. She said, “You weighed 180!” She wanted to know how I’d lost so I told her. When the dr. came in, he said, “You’ve lost a lot of weight–how did you do it?” I told him and he was very interested. He asked me what I’d had to eat so far today and when I told him, he just asked me if that many bananas didn’t “do” anything to me. I said no. I gave him my card and he clipped it to my chart. I don’t know if anyone will look this or Roger’s forum up but they have the information if they want to.

From there, I went to the optometrist’s office and picked up my records. I rarely make it up there and if I’m going to have to go to someone new (my regular one isn’t there any more) I might as well go to see someone closer.

The Wal*Mart there has a bigger variety of produce than my local one so I did a little shopping.

When I got home, I had some OJ. I intended to have a big salad but I’d found some fairly good fresh corn. I made some corn chowder and the nuts have made me sleepy. That’s okay. I need to go to bed anyway.
