I’m sitting here about to go to sleep. I had a rather heavy meal so it’s no wonder. I’ll list my supper later.
I exercised this a.m. Breakfast was OJ, a persimmon, and a smoothie of bananas, blueberries, a pear, and spinach. Break was Clementines and medjools. Lunch was bananas, dates, and celery. When I got home, I had some OJ, then a smoothie of apple, spinach, and enough water to blend it up. After that had time to settle, I had my tomatoes, then some turnip “pasta” with cashew “cheese”. I used really raw cashews for the cheese and couldn’t tell a whole lot of difference except for the fact that they have a whang that the others don’t.
Nothing spectacular happened today so I think I’ll sign off and go to bed.
