It’s late and I’m sleepy. I’ll make this short. I got home from the nominating committee meeting an hour and a half ago and I’m ready to go to bed.

I did all of my exercises this morning plus finished up what I needed to take with me so I would have enough to eat before I got home.

Breakfast was fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice, a kiwi, and a banana/blueberry smoothie. I don’t have a glass big enough for the smoothie so I put it in a quart jar. This morning, it just did fit without running over.

I had five medjools for my mid-morning break.

Lunch was bananas and dates.

After lunch, I had to go to Joint Quality and Department Head meetings. When we got out of there (they were mercifully short) I had an online seminar on customer service. It was the first one that the association I belong to had ever tried to have and it was a bust. After half an hour of trying to get it to work, the moderator called it quits and said they would have to reschedule. There were people from all over the US that had sat down for it. I just wonder how much the dollar amount came to in lost productivity. I don’t remember all the places the others were from but Fargo, ND, somewhere in Missouri, and Las Vegas were three of the locations. I was the 20th person to call in and there were several who joined after I did.

When I was down to one person besides me in the office, I fixed my bowl of tomatoes and had at it.

I sat down at my desk and did a few things until time to leave for the school. Then I took my stuff and drove over to the meeting place. I was the first there and was invisioning no one else showing up when here came several vehicles and we were able to go in and get started. I munched on my salad and romaine rollups with MSP and MAS while the discussion went on. And on. And on. We called it a night, prayed, and left.

I ended up with 1641 calories, 16% fat and 8% protein. I can’t do that very often or I’ll start gaining!

Good night!
