I didn’t get up until after 7 this morning so, once again, I did everything but BodyFlex.
Breakfast was 12 ozzies of orange juice, then strawberries with a drizzle of agave nectar, and later, “oatmeal” with raisins.
I took five medjool dates to church with me but only had time to eat three of them. I had the other two when I got home.
Lunch was half a honeydew. I waited awhile and had a banana/blueberry smoothie and a large kiwi. Some time after that, I had a bowlful of tomatoes. I fixed a large salad to take to the nominating committee meeting tonight. It has Boston, romaine, and red lettuce, green onion, cucumber, avocado, chayote sticks, tomato, and lime juice.
When I get all that eaten, I will have had 1721 calories (exactly?), 11% fat and 7% protein.
I have lots of pictures to post and I was going to do it on the day that I talked about things, but I’ll probably just throw them all on here tomorrow, if I have time. I have to go in to work and finish up some things but maybe I’ll get ‘er done shortly.
