I’m going to have to get to bed soon. There’s a video conference that I’m supposed to attend–it isn’t mandatory but it’s advised. I’ll have to go in an hour early but I’ll take off an hour early if I can.
I BodyFlexed and did 40 squats before my ankles cried for so much mercy I had to quit. I managed seven “pushups”. If anyone saw me doing them, they would probably have a good laugh. I kept up the 10 squats whenever I’d go to the bathroom. I missed once, but I still got in quite a few.
Breakfast was a plum and the last two pluots plus a smoothie of bananas and blueberries. I took a good supply of food to work since Roger had advised me to try eating five to six meals and see how I would do. I had watermelon at about 10. I took it outside and ate it in some partial shade. Lunch was a banana-mango smoothie and later on, after it had time to get out of my stomach, I ate some almonds. Mid-afternoon, I had corn on the cob and some carrot sticks and celery sticks with some of Matt’s dip.
I was directed not to put so much variety in my “salad” so I only used arugula, spinach, parsley, cucumber, celery, and lemon juice. It had such a kick that I had to mix a little of Matt’s dip in it to smooth it out. I’d chopped it in the Cuisinart and it had more texture than the soup I had last night.
My fat consumption was up to 16% today. It was a lot better yesterday. For the week it averages out to 15%.
I took a bath this afternoon so I could cut my toenails. It was nice to sit down in the tub and not wonder if there was going to be a tidal wave. Being 25 pounds lighter made it easier to stand up, too.
Better go get to bed. I don’t know how tomorrow will work out with my different schedule.
