Woo-hoo! I feel GOOD! I hope I keep on feeling good. It’s going to be a big letdown if I don’t.
Supper was a tomato sandwich. Two big leaves of lettuce, a couple of slices of tomato, and dulse flakes. I left off the onion. I am beginning to not enjoy the strong taste of mature onion. It would be okay mixed into something, but to just eat it on a sandwich is a little off-putting. I also had a nectarine and a banana. I’m good for the night. I went to fitday and put the rest of my food on there and I went over by just a little bit.
I talked to my oldest a little while ago. He informed me that a blog is for the person who is writing it. Well, I guess he may be right but there might be someone out there who can profit from my mistakes and successes. That way, it won’t end up being a total waste of time.
I’m late for my date with Tom Selleck so I’ll post this and go. Don’t want to keep a hunk like that waiting.
