I got mine, too. I think I'll try it with tomatoes,
and maybe some cucumber and greens.
Celery would be good, too, but I don't have any on hand.

I wasn't very hungry today, so maybe tommorow.  Smiley

Yea, Dwain! You are good combo-conscious! Grin Grapes might taste good but they aren't a good combination. Embarrassed

No reports back on this? Is it that bad? Not worth the money?

Definitely not worth the money.  Sad
The taste was OK, like aged (but not sharp) cheddar, but the
mouth feel was not smooth like cheese - more like cashew butter.

The package was just 3 ounces!

At our Whole Foods, hidden amongst the various exotic cheeses was a small little log of raw cheese and it was DELICIOUS. Totally moldy sides but the inside was like......similar to brie. I had it with a few olives for lunch yesterday and it was yum!

Is it vegan? If it is, who makes it?

It didn't say it was vegan (my guess is no but maybe?) and I think it was made by a local farmer. I'm going to look again tomorrow when I go but it was in a wrapper that looked like something from the Farmer's Market.
