Tommie that all looked absolutley scrumptous and nothing like I have ever prepared! I will have to go to the raw food restaurant here in Sydney with Peach. I'm sure she would go with me, we'll have to have a day out.

That food does look rather good. Annie wish there was a raw food restaurant in Sydney, we would go for sure. One day when I can manage to get away I would love to go to one of the raw potlucks if your up for it.

The food was scrumptious but talk about bad combos! I had raw "sour cream" with avocado plus mango. No wonder I woke in the night feeling awful.

the raw foods that are displayed in the restaurants certainly are quite stunning to look at, but ya just have to wonder about some of stuff that is badly combined, whether many people suffer digestive problems afterwards. even the pics from alissa cohen's website for her new restaurant look gorgeous, but it makes me wonder how you'll feel a few hours later. it would be a great optioin if smoothies and i would hope at least pretty simple salads are always available at every raw restaurant. there should be a smoothie bar, where you can select your own 2-3 ingredients. then it'll guarantee at least one siimple and satisfying 'meal.'

It was such a novel experience to be in a restaurant where I could actually get a MEAL that wasn't cooked, I went a little overboard. Since it's something I don't have ready access to so it could be a routine thing, I'd probably go overboard again.

yum!! I live near Portland and have yet to go to a raw restaurant, I just make it myself or go to potlucks, but it would be so nice to go to a restaurant like that

If you ever get to Seattle we have TWO raw restaurants! And a couple of upscale vegetarian places that will accommodate raw.
