The Countdown Continues

There’s not much to be said for today. Yesterday may have taken more out of me than I thought because I haven’t been much good for anything. I’ve taken care of the Catz. I’ve eaten and put the dishes in the sink because the dishwasher is still full of clean ones. If I don’t get it unloaded first thing in the morning, it doesn’t get unloaded that day. There’s no way I could use the “grab” thingy to put things away.

The cat food bag is getting empty enough that I could lift it easily and put it in the chair close to the front door. Whatever I can do to keep from bending over makes life easier.

Last night, I had leg cramps that disturbed my sleep. I can usually count on getting in some good ZZZZZZZZzzzz (that’s plural) but it wasn’t the case. Hopefully, I can manage some restful hours tonight.

Well, today is the first day of winter. I don’t think Mother Nature knows that because, even at this late hour, it’s 63 degrees in the valley and 58 degrees here at home.

White Christmas? I don’t think so. With a 60% chance of rain, it’s almost certain it will be wet and there are even some lightning bolts coming out of the clouds on Weatherbug. Santa’s going to need some skis and I don’t mean for the white stuff.
