My Mother Told Me

“You’d better shop around.” And she was right. Last month, I thought I’d chosen the right pharmacy to get my doxepin. When I called about it, I was told it would be $20. Okay. After I’d picked it up, I checked with another pharmacy. $13. Today, I checked with Walmart. $9 and some cents. Guess where I’m getting it this time?

Not a whole lot has happened today. I went out to get the mail and Cuz had already put it on one of the chairs on the deck. It was nothing earthshaking. My bank statement and the ad from Bi-Lo. I scored and baked the squash I picked yesterday. It was very good.

Cuz has visited twice. She showed me her finger and it looks awful. Hopefully, it will heal okay.

I was a bit too warm last night. Surely, it will be more comfortable tonight. I do need my beauty sleep. And with that, I’ll sign off.

So sorry about your neighbor’s finger; also hope it heals well.

That’s a lot of difference on the price of your prescription! Guess there’s no such thing as price matching on that.

Yes, there is price matching but I didn’t get it at Walmart. I will this time, though.
