It’s rumbled a few times and Weatherbug chirped a warning but we must be right on the edge. It doesn’t seem to have done much more than threaten. That’s fine. We’ve had enough rain to do us and several other counties.
I could see a glow over the out of doors when Cuz came over and had me go outside to see a double rainbow. The fainter one was fading fast but the other one was clearly visible almost from one end to the other. It was the first rainbow I’d seen for a long, long time.
Not a whole lot to report today. DD and I had a short conversation after she got home from the store and I finished eating. They’d been to merm’s to borrow luggage for their trip east.
I failed to post the sermon I watched yesterday. It was another of Jose Rojas’ sermons from the 2014 Florida camp meeting.
Oh, and while I’m at it, a lot is being published about Lincoln since the 15th was the 150th anniversary of his assassination. My sister shared a short writeup on Facebook about Abe and his pet pig. I found The Rest of the Story. Click here if you’re interested.
I’m tired to have done as little as I have today. Loading the dishwasher (gradually) and doing laundry shouldn’t wear me out quite so much.
That bed looks awfully inviting. I think I’ll occupy it soon.
