Life in the South

It was 80 degrees in the house when I went to bed last night. I didn’t sleep well a’tall. The temperature had dropped to 74 by the time I got up but that’s still on the warm side for sleeping. I’m trying to get some of the 69 degree outside air inside but it’s still 81 where I’m sitting. I’ve moved the fan to the front door and will leave it there until it gets to be dark:thirty. I can’t reach the clip fan where it is without climbing and I’d catch all sorts of &@#*%$ if I did that.

The PTA got here about 10:30 and put me through my paces. He had ME counting off the reps aloud today and that was harder than just doing them. Plus, he had me outside going up and down, up and down the steps. According to my calculations, it was like a total of 30 steps up and down. I got a bit winded. After he left, I took off my O2 and went to the mailbox. When I got back, I checked my O2 sat and it was down to 81% before it started climbing and got up to 95%. No. I don’t think I’m ready to go without yet.

Don’t forget the giveaway! Even if you don’t need the knives for yourself, they’d make a nice gift for someone.

Pray I’ll be able to sleep tonight. I do so much better when I can get my eight hours.

Used my a/c for a while earlier today, and have it going tonight. The next few days’ forecasts are not quite so hot. Don’t know about the humidity.

My a/c is unusable. Enjoy yours!

I haven’t used my a/c yet, but have used the attic fan some. Tomorrow will be considerably cooler. Happy Sabbath!
