I went to bed with the secure knowledge that wearing my MBTs all day would ward off any leg cramps that might threaten. Sometime in the night, I woke with, yep, leg cramps. The one in my right extended from my ankle to my knee and there was a dull ache in my calf that wouldn’t go away. I’m loath to take pain pills but trying to walk it off didn’t work. I broke down and took one of my few remaining caplets.
Not being used to taking such, I’ve been groggy much of the day. In spite of that, I got the 13th lesson completed and uploaded. I won’t start on the other 13 until I hear from the HTML expert. I’ve suggested he insert the images for the Inside Stories first. Either way is fine with me but I don’t want to do what I do first if he wants it the other way around.
The Computer Owner called this morning to check on me. We agreed to pray for each other.
I hadn’t unloaded my haul of tissue until this morning. The box beside my bed was empty and I was going to get one out of the linen closet but decided to show off my supply first.
That cupboard has so much wasted space. There are six small drawers at the bottom, then two banks of cupboards above that. It would be very nice if there were, at least, two more shelves but I’m not handy at building such.
When I took the 14 boxes of tissue to the checkout yesterday, the man asked if I had the sniffles. I told him I was just laying in a supply. The Dollar Tree isn’t somewhere I go much and I like to make my visits count.
The postperson brought my mail to the door today. She may think I’m the Crazy Cat Lady with the Catz lining the deck. I didn’t even ask if it fell to me to feed today. I just did it. On the way back, I ate a few scruffy little strawberries. I can’t remember a season I’ve let go by without Tidwell berries for a long, long time.
Well, I’ve worn my MBTs all day but I have no illusions that my legs will be cramp-free tonight. Twinkle has been nuzzling my feet again. Gotta go feed the animal.
