Another Christmas Gift

This is a very special one. It was crafted by Shari, a faithful forum member and most recently, the forum moderator. She had alerted me to be on the lookout for a package. It came one day last week.

She said she’d started out making it for herself but the more she worked on it, the more it said, “Tommie”. I didn’t know such things could talk but I’m the lucky one since it can.

Here’s the front of the beautiful tote that has made me the envy of the people at work who appreciate neat things.

The back shows the little matching buttons like the big ones on the front:

Inside are two small pockets

Some of my co-workers had a hard time believing she’d made it until they saw the panel in the bottom with her name and the year:

That was such a thoughtful gift and there was a bonus—a bottle of vanilla water! Now I’ll have to look up the recipe that calls for it and try it out.
