And today was both. When I got home, the rain gauge had 3.5″ in it. Now that is measurable precipitation.
I think my 21 Days has had an impact on me. I’m already wanting to go to bed. I was there at 9:57 last night so I ended up the three weeks with what I’d have to call Success. I won’t look back tonight but I believe I blew it very few times.
This morning, I got in almost a half hour exercise including a 65 second pushup. I valiantly tried to hold it longer than that but I couldn’t do it.
Monday Monday Raw Food
22 ozzies OJ
36 ozzies banana/romaine smoothie (I added some agave later)
34 ozzies banana/red leaf/agave smoothie
2 large tomatoes and 1 small pickling cucumber
1 Bubbies pickle
Medium salad of romaine, red leaf, cucumber, tomato, kelp noodles dressed with Matt’s Dip
The rain hadn’t really started when I got to the hospital. It was just kind of a “misty moisty morning, when cloudy was the weather”. Not five minutes had passed until the skies opened up and it was pouring down. It did that off and on all day. And praise the Lord for that! We need it. The valley didn’t get as much as I did out here, if I can trust the gauge. WeatherBug says the valley got 1.4″. That’s less than half.
A computer malfunction added to a slow dialup connection (drat AT&T) has altered my plans to get to bed early tonight. I have lost a lot of the post I had going.
My friend had her room rearranged. Seems the flow could be better but she has a good view of the courtyard. She could watch it rain today.
Tomorrow is supposed to be partly cloudy with a high of 72. Maybe I can get out and WALK. It’s Super Tuesday and I’ll be leaving early to go do my Civic Duty. Better get to bed while I can meet my deadline.
