I’ve made two out of three so far. I got in a solid 25 minutes exercise plus I did a couple of sets of 20 wall pushups during the day. My fat consumption was cut by about half. I haven’t gone to bed yet and it’s just after 9. I’ll have to report on that tomorrow.

27 ozzies OJ
32 ozzies banana/mango/spinach/agave smoothie
30 ozzies banana/romaine smoothie
Lots of romaine leaves, just munched
5 small tomatoes and 1 cucumber (some of the tomatoes had a sprinkling of Tajin)
1 Bubbies pickle
More romaine leaves
Kelp noodles with a small amount of cashew mayo and the juice of a lemon
I have spent the last 15 minutes trying to post an answer on Dr. D.’s forum. At best, it’s hard to navigate it on dialup and tonight it’s like I’m slogging along in deep mud. I may give it up and do it in the morning.
My friend was lounging on her bed in her pajamas at lunch time. Must be nice to be a Lady of Leisure but I’d rather be in my position and have to work than hers and be waited on.
I don’t think the snow materialized in NYC. The cold air surely has moved in here. It was down to 23º this morning and it’s 25º now.
Finally got my messages to post and now I’m going to have to call this quits and go to bed to meet my goal of 10 pm.
