Thank God, He gave us 24 full hours of shifting gears. I don’t think I could have taken more of the same ol’ same ol’.
I was up and at ’em in time to do my BodyFlex and LSEs.

Today was gorgeous. When I started on my morning walk, I had my sweater on but I had to shed it on the second lap. I’d done the same thing yesterday. I was able to get out for an afternoon walk, too, as well as have a lunchtime picnic. Another hour in the out of doors!
When I was at the table on the patio, someone saw me and thought I was one of the nursing home residents. Now, that was a low blow!
My friend isn’t up to a ride in the country tomorrow. I’ll go by to see her after church. She’s close to making a decision about what’s she’s planning to do. It is difficult. She did say she ate a banana and had a good night’s sleep last night.
I left work a few minutes early and caught the people in town just as they were taking down one of their three tents. Since they won’t be back until Wednesday, I needed to get some cucumbers for sure. I also stopped at the roadside market and got some romaine and mushrooms. I’ve started the mushrooms marinating.
My BIL is back home after his surgery. My sister had her echo and carotid ultrasound today and the tech said everything looked good. She’ll get the results of the Holter next week. It was discovered she has high blood pressure so she’s on medication for that. I used to be borderline but eating raw food took care of it.
I need to feed the livestock and get ready for bed. It’s back to the organ tomorrow.
Good night and happy Sabbath, everyone!
