Now I don’t know what to think.

I’m doing fine. I’m doing more than fine. I’m doing great.

I got up about 10 hours after I went to bed last night and did ALL of my exercises, including a 73 second pushup. Started to put 73 minute but I don’t think that would be possible, ever, for me.

100% Raw Food

14 ozzies OJ
14 ozzies OJ blended with mango to make a little over a quart
A young coconut (I ate all the meat which was very spoonable)
Kim chee
Marinated mushrooms
Lots of scuppernongs
32 ozzies banana/blueberry smoothie
Medium salad of romaine, red leaf, tomato, cucumber, Vidalia onion, dressed with ::gasp!:: cashew dressing

Here comes the puzzle. I have been craving fat. I wanted fat so much I tempted fate and ate cashew dressing on my salad. That was at least two and a half hours ago and I feel fine. I may wake in the night with pain and remorse but nothing yet. Which makes me wonder. Could it have been that specific avocado that caused the problem? I had eaten half of it on that awful Sabbath and then the other half the next Friday. Hmmmmmmmm. I’m not quite ready to try more avocado but the cashews seem to be doing okay.

Today has been a beautiful day. I fully intended to go out and sun but the sum total of my time outside was when I hung out laundry and mixed up fish emulsion and watered the basil plants. Oh, and I broke some of the dead wood off the fig tree. It is drying up. Literally. So are the peach trees. We have to have rain soon or everything is going to be dead, dead, dead.

The one time I talked to anyone other than Twinkle was when my DD called. She said she’d discovered a couple of loofah on her vine that hadn’t produced all summer. She thinks it may be because the bees were buzzing around and pollinated it. I don’t know how big the squash is but it may be big enough to use by the time frost hits. They grow quickly once they get a start.

I have my bed made and it’s calling to me. I need to take a shower so I’ll crawl into it clean.

Have a good night, everyone, and dream good dreams!

    Hi 🙂
I love your blog and look forward to reading more. I find myself craving more fat now that it’s getting colder. We’ll see…I’ll just take it day by day.

    Have a wonderful week!

Good morning, Kristen, and thanks for the kind words. It’s natural to crave things that will warm our bodies when the weather changes. Just be sure to keep your percentages in line and you’ll be okay. You can go over some days, too, because you’re sure to be under other days.
