It’s Sabbath and I’m so glad!

I’ve been looking forward to this work week being over and now it is.

I got to bed earlier than usual and still overslept. There was time for the regular 20 minute BodyFlex routine.

100% Raw Food

32 ozzies banana/mango/spinach smoothie

Lunch
30 ozzies banana/romaine/red leaf smoothie
Lots of cherry tomatoes with about 3″ of cucumber spears

Snack
1 smallish homegrown tomato (the best I’ve eaten this season)

Supper
Just under 3 quarts watermelon
3 peaches (one small, two large, all good)

My walk was quiet again. I’m beginning to be concerned about the little Yappy Dogs. I hope nothing bad has happened to them.

One of the registrars did most of the leg-work on the patient satisfaction survey report yesterday so I was able to get it completed today. After I calculated the percentages, I printed it off and handed it out. August was the first month we’ve had one just for our area and it’s been hard for the girls to remember to have them filled out. Seeing how few were turned in has been an eye-opener, though. I think I’ll have more in September.

We have an online inservice for Corporate Compliance. I have been so busy I hadn’t gotten anything done on it until today. I was able to finish a couple of the modules. I know it’s necessary and part of it is interesting but it’s hard to find time to do it.

I called my hairdresser this morning and told her my hair was still too long in the back. She promised to call me when she was free. I forgot about it so it was kind of surprising when she told me to come over. I guess it took less than 10 minutes for her to remedy the situation and I was back at the hospital in another two or three. It’s much more comfortable.

When I went by the supermarket on the way home, there were no watermelons to be had. I’ll still take some to the dinner tomorrow but I think I’ll go ahead and cut it and not take the whole thing.

Twinkle has had her dry food treat. I’m going to give her some nuggets and get ready for bed.

Good night and Happy Sabbath!
