My weather clock has been lying.

For the past several days, the clock has displayed a graphic for rain and it hasn’t happened yet. Right now, it just has clouds and that’s correct. For a change.

I was up this morning in time to get in all of my BodyFlex routine, even with the addition of reps and intensity.

100% Raw Food

Breakfast
The last 12 ozzies grapefruit juice
30 ozzies banana/mango/spinach smoothie

Snack (all day)
Watermelon one of the girls brought in

Mid-afternoon
3 smallish bananas

On the way home
14 good-sized cherry tomatoes

Supper
3 quarts watermelon
40 ozzies V-7 juice (tomatoes, parsley, cilantro, red sweet pepper, jalapeno, garlic, lime, with a sprinkle of Frontier Taco Seasoning)
1 good small black plum

After I listed everything last night, I ate a large red plum that wasn’t as ripe as it should have been. The one tonight was a nice change.

My walk was sans Yappy Dogs. I looked for them but they were either inside somewhere or were ignoring me. I can’t believe the latter to be true. I’d put my Micro in my purse but I didn’t take time to get it out. Except for some installation noise, it was quiet.

I did the bank/PO thing today. As I was on my way out, I saw the regular person and she said I won’t have to go tomorrow.

Things were super busy again. If they don’t slow down soon, I’ll be meeting myself coming back.

Along about 11, my hairdresser called and I went over to the shop. She got my hair done in half an hour and I was back at the hospital with time to spare. I didn’t go out of the office for lunch. When I got home and looked at the back of my head, I was horrified to see she had left it ‘way too long on my neck. I thought about cutting it myself but I’ll call her tomorrow. I told her I wanted it like she’d cut it last time but this isn’t anything like what I had before. Guess I need to dig out the pictures again.

It was nice to get home. Twinkle kept meowing at me until I gave in and got her some of the dry cat food. Yesterday, she left a few pieces but she finished it all today. I’d given her three medallions to finish the bag so she might not have been hungry.

I’m ready to call it a day and go to bed. Good night!
