Complications galore is what it was.
I was up and did BodyFlex and LSEs. Didn’t quite make it to a pushup.

I got out early and walked three laps while I listened to the interview with Dr. D.
My day was spent correcting and troubleshooting. I got an e-mail letting me know the data had been uploaded to the server and it was ready for me to go out and correct it. Seems all I do is correct other people’s boo-boos. Guess somebody has to do it but I have other things I’m supposed to do, too.
I was supposed to take the mail this afternoon but there was none to take. I stayed over and got more work done.
On the way to the house, I stopped at the other fridge and got out the corn and some romaine.
I have an experiment going. I’m trying making corn “chips”. I used 10 ears of corn, yellow sweet peppers, a mild jalapeno, cilantro, onion, lime juice, garlic granules, hot pepper flakes, and sea salt. I put all that in the food processor and whirled it until it was fairly well broken down. Since the sheets for my dehydrator don’t have “sideboards”, I put a thin film of coconut oil on plates and put the mixture on them, stacking them on the dehydrator trays. When they get dry enough, I’ll peel them off and put them directly on the trays. It tasted good and smelled good. I hope the lime juice keeps it from getting the “off” taste so many unblanched dehydrated things have. I should have taken pictures but I didn’t. Sorry. The color is a pretty green from the cilantro.
Twinkle is working on the last beef medallions. I have promised her I will never buy them again.
I turned the lights off after midnight last night. I’m going to hang this up and hie me to bed shortly.
