This isn’t going to be long. I’ve spent too much time doing other things.
I got up and did most of my exercises but ended up jumping from the LSEs to an 83 second pushup. Will have to see how tomorrow goes.

18 ozzies grapefruit juice
1 quart banana/mango/romaine smoothie
18 ozzies banana/red leaf smoothie
3 Ataulfo mangos
Lots of two different kinds of cherry tomatoes (some were organic)
An organic cucumber
2 quarts so-so watermelon
Generous quart of salsa
An ear of organic Ambrosia corn
I went for my walk even earlier than usual. It was already getting hot. I haven’t had time to start over on the Perfect Health Program. When I added some things to my Micro, it deleted the first tracks.
There were no comments about my food today. That was refreshing. They talk about my “green sludge” while they eat their white, brown, and faded out cooked “food”. I’ll guarantee you my “green sludge” has lots more vitamins than their “food” does.
I had been intending to get a fan on my way home for several days and finally did it today. It’s a tower fan and has a good breeze, but not terribly strong. It’s 85 in the house right now and I’m comfortable sitting in front of it. I plan to move it into the bedroom for the night.
My watermelon was so seedy yesterday that I had to get something else. I bought three melons that might be a little past their prime. I had to throw a lot of the first one away and I don’t know how much of the other half will be good. The two uncut ones are in the fridge.
My sister e-mailed that the physical therapy people are advising another week for my BIL. I think that’s wise and it’s nice they aren’t trying to push him out. She has some Projects she wants to finish before he comes home, too.
