This may not be much of a post.

I have to be up early early in the morning. I’ll have to leave by 6:30 or so. I’m supposed to be at the Mother Ship before 8. There’s a new modification to the system that requires training to use.

I got up to go to the bathroom before the alarm went off this morning. I went back to bed and was planning to lie there and think about all the people I need to pray for but I went back to sleep. I don’t remember hearing the alarm at all. It was past 6:30 when I rolled out.

Food:

Breakfast
20 ozzies OJ
34 ozzies banana/mango/spinach smoothie

Lunch
16 ozzies banana shake (it was supposed to be green but I’d left the greens at home)
Part of a tomato one of the registrars gave me
1 pickling cucumber
Half a large organic cantaloupe

Snack
3 Campari tomatoes

Supper
22 ozzies grapefruit juice
3 quarts tasteless but juicy watermelon

I was able to get out to walk both this morning and this afternoon. Otherwise, it was a busy day all day long.

I’d planned to have some Fred’s Mom’s Salad after the watermelon but I wasn’t hungry so I didn’t.

The phone rang this evening and it was the man from the Asian market. They’d been out of town on a long trip for their niece’s wedding and thought I might have tried to reach them. He apologized for bothering me but I told him I was glad they are so thoughtful. I don’t need anything right now and wouldn’t be able to pick it up tomorrow since their shipments arrive on Thursdays. I doubt I’ll do much shopping at all except to go by the organic grocery and Wally World.

I forgot about the organic red sweet peppers I froze last night. There was one I had to discard but the rest were nice. I got a gallon freezer bag about half full.

I haven’t heard anything from the L’Equip man. I may have scared him off. Eating raw food is very off-putting to most people. It’s sad since it is so good and good for the old bod. There are so many who seem to think I’m doing it in spite of my longings for cooked food but nothing could be farther from the truth. I actually LIKE food the way God made it rather than killing it with steaming, baking, boiling, or frying it. At one time, I would have thought that was pretty warped–actually, I did think it was warped, fanatical, and crazy. Now, I think it would be warped to go back to eating the way I did two years ago.

With that brief rant, I will put this to bed and do the same with myself. Good night!
