As my mother would say, I’m a’yawnin’ and a’gapin’.
I did all of my exercises, I think. I may have left out something but I’m not sure. I did the most important ones, at least.

Generous two quarts watermelon (extra good!)
Large banana/mixed green smoothie that I chucked in the sink. The bananas were too ripe to the point of being mushy. Didn’t taste good at all.
Another two quarts watermelon (this is the best I’ve had yet this year)
5 tomato “chili”
Large salad of romaine, tomato, sweet onion, cucumber, dressed with Matt’s Dip
1 small pesto stuffed mushroom
The mushrooms are Baby Bellas. I put a few drops of Braggs Liquid Aminos in each one and I shouldn’t have. They would be better without it. The pesto was based on this recipe but I used walnuts and spinach instead of the pine nuts and kale. It was so nice to be able to go out and get all the basil I wanted out of the planters and still have lots left. It’s the first time in 18+ years. Last year, I could get maybe half a dozen leaves at the most. These plants have been much stronger.
I went out for half an hour of sun this morning and again in the late afternoon (almost too late again). It’s hazy from all the wildfires in Georgia and Florida. WE NEED RAIN!
It’s late and I’m sleepy. Tomorrow it’s back to my usual routine. The long weekend is over.
