It was another busy day all day long.

I BodyFlexed this morning. That was the only thing I had time for.
My poor bod has been suffering from too much salt. I decided to do something about it. Here’s my food for the day:
Breakfast
2 quarts watermelon
Snack
2 quarts watermelon
Lunch
2 quarts watermelon
Snack
2 quarts watermelon
Supper
2 quarts watermelon
Altogether, it was a watermelon and a half.
I’m the bank/post office person from today through next Friday. On the way to the hospital, I stopped and got some things at the roadside stand for myself and one of the other girls in the office. I took the first available road and this sporty red convertible came swooping up. It was a couple my mother taught when they were in grade school. I’d seen him in the supermarket yesterday and he’s lost a lot of weight. She claims she’s gained but she doesn’t look like it. We talked for just a minute when our conversation was interrupted by a car wanting to get into the road. They went on and I went on. I’d given him my card yesterday so maybe they’ll look me up sometime. Of course, he says his son stays on the computer…It would be a shock if they ended up eating raw food–raw vegan food!
When I got back and finished putting the mail up, I went for a 20 minute walk. That was the only walk of the day. I didn’t get a chance after that.
A couple of the people in the break room sampled my watermelon and pronounced it good. It was the best, so far.
It didn’t really hit until this afternoon. I started running back and forth for awhile but it’s pretty much eased off now.
I’d gotten stuff for the dinner after church tomorrow. I’ve fixed veggies for a veggie tray and I plan to take watermelon. Tomorrow morning, I’ll blend up some of Matt’s Dip.
There isn’t a whole lot else that happened today that was noteworthy. It’s after 9 so I think I’ll do something unusual and get to bed at a reasonable hour.
Good night and happy Sabbath!

Mmmm, I love mono watermelon days! I’ve done 4.5 days of watermelon before and felt great, so I plan to do a longer watermelon mono-diet soon. It’s so refreshing and yummy!

I was surprised I wasn’t burned out on it before the day was over but it’s one of my favorite foods. How much do you eat in a day when you do your mono-diet?
You should check out my forum at http://reallyrawfood.com/forum soon. It’s full of some good people!
