The spammers are getting better and better at making it past the filter. It’s caught over 1300 comments in I don’t know what amount of time.

It was a lot better sleeping last night. I’d gotten the house cooled off nicely and the windows were open in the bedroom plus the one in the bathroom. I’d changed the pillow into a regular pillowcase.

I got up a little past 7:30. I was awake for awhile before that but I lay in bed and listened to the birds. Pleasant.

Exercise time saw me go through the whole series. My pushup lasted 70 seconds. That’s still 10 seconds off my personal best.

27 ozzies grapefruit juice
Strawberry/OJ smoothie (almost a quart)
7 ozzies OJ by itself

The rest of the watermelon (a little over two quarts)
42 ozzies banana/mango/spinach smoothie

Fred’s Mom’s Salad

Surprise, surprise! I didn’t get everything done today I’d planned. I went out and lay in the sun twice, once this morning and once this afternoon, for a total of an hour. It was somewhat cloudy this afternoon and there was thunder off in the distance but it never rained. I didn’t listen to anything but the birds singing, otherwise. There was a mockingbird putting on a full concert.

I pulled some weeds and cut them from around the cactus. I got too close a couple of times and ended up with spines in my finger. I got the ones I could and used the tweezers on one small one that was left. Fortunately, I managed to find it and pull it out. It was so fine, it wasn’t visible.

My friend called from the rehab center while I was vacuuming. She must’ve let it ring a long time. I heard it when I shut the vacuum off. We talked a little over half an hour. She asked the doctor when she could quit using the walker and he let her know he didn’t see her going without it. She didn’t seem upset. She just wants to get out.

It’s been lovely spending the day at home. I did everything I could yesterday so I wouldn’t have to go anywhere today. And I didn’t. I stayed home, posted on the forum, e-mailed, and ate raw food. I could get used to this.

And now it’s Sabbath. Tomorrow is the fellowship meal but I don’t plan to stay. I didn’t fix anything and I don’t think my food will be missed. They’ll have plenty of cooked mixtures without it. I will go to church.

Good night, all! And a very happy Sabbath!
