To begin with, I got up too late to exercise. It was past 6:30 when I looked at the clock. You can be sure that I popped out of bed.

The freeze-dried durian came today and is it ever good! I miss the creaminess but the flavor is there. I also miss the smell but I could get away with eating this at work. I wouldn’t, though, because it isn’t a lunch-time thing. I had several pieces of it to finish up my supper.
Back to an earlier time–I was the mail/post office person today. The wind was extremely strong. I didn’t even try to get out and walk. Other than that, it was a beautiful day and the temperature is starting to moderate.
After I got home and ate, I finished getting the kim chee seasoned and the other veggies chopped and mixed in. It took forever. My knife skills are improving but I’m no Morimoto.
Tomorrow, I’m to go to a workshop about the new postage rates, rules, and regulations. Since I’m the “go to” person when it comes to mailing stuff, I figured I’d better be in the know so I was given permission to take advantage of a freebie. I hope it isn’t as complicated as it sounds. There’s going to be a whole new pricing structure not only based on weight but size and shape. I’ll have to leave close to the time I usually go out the door so I’d best get to bed.
