I’ve put 18 persimmons and 13 mangos in the fridge.

They were beginning to get ahead of me and I don’t want to lose them.

I did a full 30 minutes of exercise this morning. From BodyFlex through a one minute pushup. I was going to try for 70 seconds but 60 left me straining and out of breath.

Food:

Breakfast
27 ozzies grapefruit juice
40 ozzies banana/pear/spinach smoothie

Lunch
40 ozzies banana/romaine smoothie
4 persimmons
2 kiwifruit

Supper
A whole small watermelon (my next to the last)
3 tomatoes with Tajin (I’m down to three now)
2 persimmons
A huge salad with tomato/mango dressing (I couldn’t eat it all. A large part of it was iceberg and it’s not my favorite lettuce.)
A couple slices of eggplant whatever

I carried my food in my new tote today. The pastor had brought someone to the hospital for a test. I showed it to him and he thought it was really neat. And it is! Piotr is so creative!

It fell to me to go to the bank and post office today. I mailed my love letter to the IRS.

Today was a tad warmer but not much. I hadn’t taken my shoes (again). I went to the patio and sat in the sun for 15 minutes. I could have easily gone sound asleep out there. I did doze off a couple of times.

I have the dishes done except for the ones in the totes and I think I’ll let them go tonight. I need to get to bed. It’s an hour earlier tonight than last night which was an hour earlier the night before. At least I’m moving in the right direction.

And with that, I’m going to sign off. Tomorrow night, same time, same station (or maybe earlier, I hope).
