Same song. Different verse. Except it’s after 10 tonight.

I’ve been doing some vacuuming so I won’t have it all to do when I get home tomorrow.

I missed the teleconference last night but it was a tutorial on how to use Nutridiary and I would have needed to be on the computer and the phone at the same time. With this blankety-blank dialup, that isn’t possible. Guess it’s just as well I didn’t call in. I’m printing off the handout in preparation for downloading the MP3 when it’s made available.

This morning, I had time for BodyFlex and LSEs.

Almost 20 ozzies OJ
32 ozzies banana/romaine/red leaf lettuce/green curly leaf smoothie

24 ozzies banana/spinach smoothie (the smaller smoothies have just as many greens as the larger ones–just less fruit)
Fred’s Mom’s Salad

Too much coconut bacon
A pint of strawberries
Four tomatoes with garlic powder
1/4 large head iceberg lettuce with same
A few bites of a not too good pineapple
A mango (the next to the last one)

About the mango…It was very soft and one of the stringy ones. I peeled it and used the back of the knife to scrape it off the seed. It left most of the fibers and it was like eating mango nectar. Delicious!

It was rainy this morning. I managed to get in one lap. When it quit and the sun came out, I did three more this afternoon.

I had a nice conversation with the Book Critic and we found out that we have a mutual interest in meteorology. She told me about a site, Wind and Weather that has some neat things. She called to confirm the address and told me to look up item #ID3620. I did and it was something I’d seen and thought it was nice. I went to MSN Direct Coverage and found it wouldn’t work in this area. And just when I was going to buy a half dozen! Yeah, right! Once again, I’m deprived.

No watermelon again today. Hopefully, there will be some tomorrow. I don’t want to be totally without something my family will eat.

I’m sleepy. I wonder why. I think I’ll go ahead and go to bed. Valerie is doing a good job on the forum and people can eat raw food without me.

Good night!

How funny. Yes we can eat raw food without you but we do miss you when you get busy. Pesky job thing. (Smile)

Thanks, Val! I know the job thing is necessary but I’ll be glad when I can retire! I don’t like for time to pass too quickly but it will be nice. I think. I know I do better with a routine but I’ll just have to have a new one. 🙂
