I’m going to have to make this short and sweet. It’s almost the time I crawled into bed last night.
Here’s how I posted what I had to eat today over on the forum:
25 ozzies grapefruit juice
36 ozzies banana/romaine smoothie
One large mango, cubed
32 ozzies banana/romaine smoothie
The rest of the romaine (three heads) to just crunch
Half a personal size watermelon
32 ozzies gazpacho (qualified for a green smoothie because of all the cilantro and parsley)
containing three tomatoes, cilantro, parsley, pineapple, cucumber, grape tomatoes, etc., etc.
I was outside for a total of an hour. I failed to take my running shoes and the last time I walked in my regular ones, I got the beginnings of blisters. I sat in the sun 15 minutes this morning, a little over half an hour at lunch, and another 10 minutes this afternoon. I would have made it 15 but someone needed a notary so I got up and went in.
Not much else happened today. I went by and told the man at the roadside stand that the tomatoes I got there weren’t the best so he gave me five to make up for them. One of the girls in my office said hers weren’t, either. I’ll tell her he made good on the ones I had. I only tried one of the new ones and it wasn’t any great shakes. Guess it’s the time of year again…
I need to hang this up and get to bed. Good night!
