I made it for two green smoothies.
I got up in time to get as far on my exercises as I did yesterday. I managed the pushup for 50 seconds, barely.
Breakfast was two pomelo/pommelo, juiced. I made a huge banana/romaine smoothie to take for the rest of my meal at work.
It was warm enough for me to get out in the sun for 15 minutes this morning.
Lunch was a banana/spinach smoothie and Fred’s Mom’s Salad plus I munched on the rest of the romaine from breakfast. I ate at my desk. Later on, I cut into a pear that was the right color to be ripe but it was about as hard as a rock and didn’t have a good flavor at all. I hated to throw it away but I would have hated worse to eat it.
When I got home, I had half a small watermelon and 25 ozzies grapefruit juice. I had planned to have some gazpacho but I didn’t have room, plus it got too late too quickly.
Well, that’s about it for my day. I’m going to bed soon and it isn’t 9:30 yet.
