This is going to be short and sweet.

I need to get to bed so I can get up in time to exercise in the morning.

I got up even later this morning than I did yesterday so, once again, no moving. I did so one set of LSEs at work but that wasn’t adequate.

Breakfast was 20 ozzies of OJ. I made a huge banana/romaine smoothie to take to work. My snack was three Clementines. Lunch was another banana/romaine smoothie and Fred’s Mom’s Salad. Later, I had a glass of grapefruit juice.

I picked up my tomatoes and oranges on the way home. The tomatoes are still kind of on the green side so my supplier swapped out some of them for ripe ones. I have a feeling that I’m going to have to go without for awhile until they ripen up which could take a few days.

It was whizzin’ cold again today. I struggled into the house with the boxes and was glad to be where it’s warm.

I had some kim chee. I killed a young coconut and the meat was spoonable. It was a teeny tiny coconut, though. I believe it was the smallest I’ve ever seen. After that, I had some “chili” with some of the riper tomatoes. I made a salad of red leaf lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. I put some salt-free seasoning on it and had to rinse some of it off. To make it edible, I finally mixed up some salad dressing. It was olive oil (maybe a teaspoon), some agave, and some balsamic vinegar. Not recommended but I ate the salad. The lettuce was too mature. I’ll be so glad when I can get decent lettuce! I topped everything off with some dehydrated mango. I’ve gone against some of the tenets of eating raw food today, for sure for sure.

One of the forum members is having problems and I’ve e-mailed my SIL for help. I know he’s a busy person but I hope he’ll take a minute or two to give me his opinion. He’s a member so he could even go on there and post.

I’m going to get ready for bed. Hope everyone has a good night’s sleep!

The main thing I love about your blog is you keep it simple with eating. It won’t intimidate someone who’s thinking of making the change. That’s my style and that’s how I ate as a veggie and now a raw foodist.

Once in awhile, I’ll do gourmet raw but not often and I always feel yucky after a rich meal. I would have to say that I wasn’t that way when I was eating cooked. Fried foods and I were very close. Plus I couldn’t stay vegan for long on cooked. I’ve had no problem staying raw vegan. Glad you like the blog! I haven’t “seen” you on the forum lately. 😕

I feel the same after eating a rich meal. I stop by when I can but I’m rarely on forums. Outside of hanging with my daughter and my work it seems I have a hard enough time keeping up with emails I get from blog readers. I have a lot of lurkers, lol.

I know what you mean. You have to have priorities.
