I won’t get to bed early tonight.

It’s already past 10 o’clock. I got in 10 hours last night and it really felt good. I’ve been posting a lot on the forum and that’s eaten up a lot of my time.

Breakfast was a mono-meal of a little over a quart of OJ.

I got to the church with some time to spare. I was listening to “Ranger Bill” and sat in the car until I heard that they were safe from the rhinoceros and then I went in. Before I got on the organ bench, I told the trucker to check out the topic on the forum.

After church was over, I was in the car ready to leave when the pastor’s wife ran up and asked me to join the guest meal for lunch. She said they had lot of raw food. She started listing it with “carrots…” which is like telling a vegetarian there’s grilled cheese and french fries available. I appreciated it but I needed more calories. She said they had oranges, bananas, and apples, too. That wasn’t terribly inviting with what I had at home.

I came on and got some persimmons and young coconut out of the fridge on the way in. It’s saddening to see that there are only a half dozen persimmons left out there.

First thing on the menu were the aforementioned persimmons, two of them. I have two more in the fridge in here so that makes a total of eight. That was followed by four sweet peaches that would be considered good even in peach season, then a young coconut that was very young and all the meat was spoonable. YUM!

I had three different kinds of kim chee. Too much. I know.

Pineapple was calling my name so I had several slices. I fixed a huge quart and a half smoothie of four bananas and lots of organic romaine. It was tomato and Tajin time. I’d wanted some tomato/mango dressing to drink so I fixed just a little less than a quart. It had twice as many tomatoes as I used yesterday and it wasn’t quite as good. I drank it anyway. Then I had some peanuts.

That’s been my food for today. I don’t think I’ll starve.

Good night, all!

I noticed on your website that you have young coconuts shipped directly to your home…May I inquire as to what company you use? Thanks so much!

I loved listening to Ranger Bill as a child. My parents would have that on, for my brother and me, every Saturday. “Stumpy” and “Greywolf” were my favorites characters.

Jessica, I order them from my “local” (about 45 minutes away) Asian market. I have to pick them up there. They don’t come to my home. They have to be kept refrigerated so it would be impossible for UPS or Fed-Ex to deliver them. Sorry I stated it so it was misunderstood.

I like Stumpy, too. And Greywolf is very wise. I started listening to the Sabbath morning programming when my daughter was very young. Ranger Bill is usually the only one I get in on now.

I can get young coconuts at HEB, Kroger, and Fiesta usually. cheap too 89 cents each usually…except at Fiesta $1.99. Maybe just because I live in a big city, Houston

Lucky you, Chris! I could get them other places, too, but they cost something like $2.49 if I don’t get them from the Asian market. Do you suppose they are cheaper in Houston because you’re farther south?

I’ve been missing you on the forum. Where have you been? Just in case, it’s http://reallyrawfood.com/forum
