I’m so proud of me! I was in bed by 9:25. I could feel a difference today, too.
I did all of my exercises except for the NT & HR. Breakfast was 18 ozzies of OJ. I made a banana/spinach smoothie to take with me.
On the way down the mountain, I was vindicated. I’d felt rather foolish not going in to work yesterday but this morning, there was a truck off the road on the mountain side (not the valley) with rescue vehicles in attendance. The highway had been freshly salted so I guess the driver had hit a patch of black ice. (One of the people at work had seen the accident and had followed the salt truck down the mountain.) I slowed down. I was the only one from my mountain who hadn’t worked yesterday but that’s okay. I had a nice day at home. 😉
My snack was three Clementines. Lunch was a huge four banana/lots of romaine smoothie and two pears, peeled and quartered.
After work, I went to the supermarket and got some red leaf and romaine lettuces. I was determined to have a good salad even if I couldn’t have it organic.
I stopped at the church and turned on the heat. It was cold in there. I stayed long enough to set up the organ but I didn’t try to practice any.
The wind was blowing pretty hard on the mountain and I made it into the house in record time. I had the two persimmons that were still living in the fridge. After that, I had three tomatoes with Tajin. I’d already washed the lettuces so I fixed me a large salad with just romaine, red leaf, herb salad, sliced onion (I’d soaked it in water to make it milder), and dressed it with mango/tomato dressing. It was so good! I love that stuff! I may make a large batch of it tomorrow and just drink it. I’d bought some sun-dried Valencia peanuts a couple of days ago so I got into them and ate a few. Those are the first peanuts I’ve eaten since I’ve been eating raw food. My nose has started running and I’m wondering if that’s why.
It’s already 9:30 and I’m not in bed yet. I’ll say good night and happy Sabbath, everyone!
