I want to get to bed on time so this will be short.

Date November 20, 2006

It was 9:52 when I turned the light off. I got up early enough to get in all my exercises except for the NT.

Breakfast was OJ and a four banana smoothie.

It was too cold and windy with snow showers to get out and walk. Once again, I’m a wuss.

My snack was three Clementines. I forgot the Clementines and pineapple I ate yesterday. Reporting today!

Lunch was a three banana (large)/peach/spinach smoothie and a pear. I also had a little kim chee.

When I got home, I fixed some salsa that has to be the best I ever made. It was super delicious! I added avocado and cucumber to it. Then I had a salad of romaine, tomato, red onion, cucumber, avocado (the rest of the one I’d put in my salsa), dressed with a lime dressing with onion powder, garlic powder, agave nectar, salt and olive oil. I ended it all with some OJ. I was stuffed!

Roger looked at my pictures and said, “Those pictures are awesome. A truly amazing transformation.” He went on, “You’re starting to be an old timer now. You have the 100% raw foodist mindset. Congratulations.” How about that!

And now I’m ready to go to bed.
