I have to be at work an hour early tomorrow.

I’m just getting started on blogging. Obviously. I’ve spent some time trying to put a link to my blogger profile and I may have to just put it with the links. I’m not going to stress about it tonight, though.

Even though I got to bed pretty late last night, I got up in time to do all of my exercises except for a stint on the Healthrider. Breakfast was a banana/mango/romaine smoothie.

I did my three laps around the buildings while I listened to several tracks of the Perfect Health Program. Dr. Doug Graham is quite soft-spoken but he enunciates everything so well that he’s easily understood. Which is nice because age is taking its toll on my hearing. My kids say I’m going deaf but I say they mumble.

Lunch was five bananas (I had six small ones in my smoothie this morning) and lots of figs I’d picked yesterday.

I did another three laps around the building and listened some more. I’m on track 22 of 24 so I’ll finish up tomorrow for sure. That’s just the first CD of 12.

It was a few minutes before quitting time when I left work but I needed to get home for the coaching call. I had a few minutes to play with so I stopped and got a few things at a roadside stand. When I got in, I changed my clothes and grabbed the phone. I had over 100 minutes which I thought would be plenty. I got on the conference line and there were several already there. There are lots of good things being planned for the Body Enlightenment System. This will be the third one and it improves every time. I couldn’t swear to it, but I think the enrollment deadline is October 4. That’s what someone said, anyway. I may have skimmed over that in one of the e-mails. I don’t know. I’d be afraid to wait that long, though, if I really wanted to get in. I don’t remember how many slots there are, but it’s such a good program that they’ll fill up fast. I was surprised at all the different facets of it and this one is going to be “new and improved”. It won’t really change but they will add to what’s already there. I’ll be interested to see the updated version.

When my minutes were up, there were several still on the call who were going strong. After the initial coaching session, there was one for the people on the forum committee which includes me. I finally put my phone on mute and started fixing supper. I was pretty hungry by that time. I had decided on gazpacho and ended up with about a quart and a half. I ate it all.

I got a call from the facilitator for the class at work tomorrow. I’ve been through the course before and we are supposed to do a personality profile. He asked me to be the on-site go-to person for that. I can’t be late! I’m going to have to get to bed so I can get up early and be there ahead of time to make sure everything is in place. If anyone is interested, it’s the DiSC profile. I’ve done others but this one is the best one. I liked it so much, I got it for one of my staff meetings. There are lots that are dry as dust but this one is fun.

Well, folks, I could go on and on but I won’t. Aren’t you lucky?

Good night!
