Not much time to blog. I need to be in bed soon.

It was past time for me to get up this morning but I still BodyFlexed and did part of my LSEs.

Breakfast was an OJ/strawberry smoothie. It was so busy that I didn’t have time to go out and walk.

I got a late lunch. It was bananas, mangos, and peaches. Yummy! and even more so since I was really really hungry.

No time to walk this afternoon, either.

I stopped in to see my puny friend and she has decided that she wants to eat the way I do. She has a plan that, when she gets back to being healthy, she and I are going to have a ministry that will teach people to eat raw. We’ll have one evening a week when anyone who wants can come in to learn, and I’ll fix raw meals. I’m not going to discourage her. If the Lord wants us to do it, He’ll work it out. As bad as she is right now, though, it would take a miracle for it to happen any time soon.

On the way home, I went by the store and got some bananas and cilantro. The cashier knew it was cilantro which surprised me. It usually gets rung up as parsley and I have to have it corrected. I told her I was impressed. She said she knows her herbs. She also knew words like “vegan” which isn’t something the typical young person would talk about. She said that she couldn’t be vegan because she would have to have cheese, etc. I told her I thought I could never give it up, either, but I did. She commented that she would have to have chicken for protein. There it is again! Thinking that the diet would be deficient without a high percentage of protein! And that’s where kidney problems come in from trying to get rid of the excess. I gave her my card and told her to look me up.

Our church is one of over 2,000 sites in the world that is participating in The Most Amazing Prophecies seminar. I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to make it but I came home and blended up a cantaloupe/spinach smoothie, drank it, and went out the door. It was excellent. I’m glad I made the effort. I probably won’t be able to go every night–it’s on for ten nights–but we’ll see. I have a coaching call on Tuesday but I could stay at work for that. I’d have to take food with me but I’ve done it before.

It’s getting later and later. I had this all done and Blogger lost part of it in a publishing loop so I had to recreate. Yet another reason to migrate to WordPress.

Good night and Happy Sabbath!

Tommie, Your blog has really helped me lately to stay on the straight and narrow. I truly enjoy your sense of humor. Thx for making this info available.

Thanks for letting me know it’s helping you, Chris! BTW, good to “see” you outside the forum! And you are very welcome.
