I was late getting up this morning and didn’t have time to get ready without being late to work so it goes without saying that there was no exercise.

Breakfast was supposed to be papaya/orange/spinach “pudding”. I blended it up and took it to work with me. Big mistake! The enzymes in the papaya digested it and it tasted like vinegar. I drank half and donated the other half to the ground under the shrub by the front door at the hospital. I hope it doesn’t kill anything. I had some more peaches so I cut up several and finished my breakfast that way.

I didn’t have anything for my snack.

It was so hot I took one turn around the building and that was that.

Lunch was a banana/romaine smoothie. Someone said, “You’re back to that???” I told her that was what was on the menu.

Since I’d used the rest of my organic spinach in the disaster of the morning, I had to improvise for supper. I had gazpacho after I’d already eaten a tomato and couldn’t hold it all. It didn’t taste as good to me as the first two times. I don’t know if it’s a difference in tomatoes or what.

My sister is trying to download AVG. I haven’t heard from her for awhile so I don’t know if she has had success or not.

The bulletin is done (with the church service mostly blank) and printed off so I think I will hie me off to bed.

Do you see a difference with the lightening speed exercises?

I do a varied routine including the LSEs. Yes, I can tell a difference between before I started doing them and after. My ankles are much stronger, my legs are muscular. I can tell a difference in my arms, too.
