It wasn’t my intention to let it get so late! I’m going to have to get to bed very soon.
I didn’t try to do all my exercises this morning and my arm is feeling better. It isn’t back to normal by any means but it’s better. I didn’t have time to NT or HR.
Breakfast was an orange/strawberry smoothie and a banana/spinach smoothie. Break was a few kumquats and an orange. Lunch was bananas and cucumber. Supper was half a mango, tomatoes, and a large salad of romaine, avocado, tomato, cucumber, slivered onion, and dressed with lime juice, olive oil, a little sea salt, and onion powder.
Better fly up! Happy Sabbath! I have some tales to tell but not tonight!
