I feel surprisingly good which I didn’t expect since I woke in the night and didn’t go back to sleep for a L O N G time. I do need to get to bed on time so I’ll keep feeling good.
I did my vision therapy when I got up this morning. Breakfast was OJ and a smoothie of bananas, blueberries, and spinach. Break was an organic orange. Lunch was bananas and a pear.
My hair was getting to the point that it was driving me nuts. I looked up my last haircut and it was my sister’s birthday, December 15. I got off work an hour early and headed for Wal*Mart. I stopped by Mother’s grave on the way. I didn’t get out of the car because it was raining.
The rain had stopped by the time I got to town so I went to the produce place and got a box of oranges.
My hairdresser was coloring a woman’s hair when I got there so I relaxed and waited. There was a little girl getting her hair cut and she was all in a work. Her mother was holding her on her lap and I have no idea how the woman was cutting her hair. She would scream and throw herself back and then throw herself the other way. I wouldn’t have been brave enough to try to cut her bangs but she had a fairly decent haircut when it was all over.
After my hair was taken care of, I got the few things I needed and came home. It took several trips to unload.
I blended up some “chili”. This time, it was just tomatoes, cumin, a sprinkle of chili powder, onion & garlic powder and the barest sprinkle of salt. After that, I had a good-sized salad of romaine, Boston, cucumber, tomato, and dressed with lime juice, a little olive oil, onion powder, sea salt, and agave nectar.
I’m all ready for bed except for making sure that Twinkle has food.
Good night!
