I’m going to get to bed early tonight. It’s a cold night and my nice warm bed will feel good.
I got up and did all my exercises this morning. Breakfast was OJ and a smoothie of bananas, mango, and spinach. It was very good (I had to add water, too, to blend it) and so big that I drank more than a glass full before I left the house and had almost a quart to take with me.
Break was an orange. Lunch was bananas, celery, and tomatoes.
My last orange order got here and I was disappointed. The man had told me that he would put some kumquats in, too, and there wasn’t a single one in sight. I’m sure he forgot but that doesn’t produce them.
I pulled down in the yard to unload which was daring since it had rained last night. I was able to get out without any problems and the car is safely parked in the driveway.
I juiced a blend of oranges–commercial and organic–and it was good. I decided I would forgo my usual bowl of tomatoes and had a large salad of spring mix, one tomato, green onion, cucumber, avocado, and dressed it with a sprinkle of sea salt, lemon juice, and a drizzle of olive oil. Not optimal but tasty. And now my stomach is burning. Guess I’m better off with optimal.
The highway had been sprayed before I came up the mountain. There’s a chance of rain, freezing rain, sleet, and snow tonight and tomorrow. The last one didn’t keep me at home so I doubt this will, either. We’ll see.
Twinkle is letting me know that she wants another medallion. That cat is going to eat me out of house and home.
Good night and Happy Sabbath!
